28 DAY NUTRITION CHALLENGE

Committing to an 8 or 12 week program can be overwhelming for someone wanting to start their weight loss journey. Or maybe you’re someone who is just stuck in a bit of a rut and needs a little boost to get back on track again. This is where my 28 Day Nutrition Challenge comes in! It holds people accountable for their fitness and nutrition without the cost of a longer, more extensive program. It’s great for people who are nervous to commit the 1:1 nutrition coaching but would like to get a taste of what it’s all about or for people who feel they don’t need a full program, just a re-boot with the fun daily challenges.

In the 28 Day Nutrition Challenge I tell you how to calculate your specific nutrition goals if you want to lose weight or if you are looking to bulk up and gain muscle. You will be learning how to weigh and measure your food for tracking in the free MyFitnessPal app. Each day we build on healthy habits and I teach you about everything from meal prep to grocery shopping. I give you tons of food ideas so you can reach your goals while still eating the foods you love while committing to a healthier lifestyle. 

For the duration of he challenge you will receive access to my exclusive nutrition coaching app to connect you with other like-minded individuals chasing the same goal to help keep you motivated and held accountable. But don’t let that discourage you, this is very much an individual journey and you can share as much, or as little as you are comfortable with. Not to mention the program is entirely online so it can be done from anywhere!

I totally understand the struggle of wanting to take control of your health but having no idea where to start. It took me years of failed fad diets, costly exercise programs and personal training before I finally figured out what actually works. I was overweight and out of shape, had no direction and no clue where to start. The final straw was after my first year of university when the top button fell off my jeans and I started noticing this discoloration on my hips. It turned out to be stretch marks from the rapid weight gain I was experiencing. I had not gained the ‘Freshman 15’ but more like the Freshman 40.

After a decade of failed diet attempts I felt utterly defeated and I was tired of it. So I started researching. And testing. And it turns out you CAN actually lose weight without starving yourself and restricting food groups while eating foods you actually enjoy. Luckily I have already tested out all of the things that DIDN’T work so that I can give you something that DOES.

I have wasted countless hours, energy and dollars on things that didn’t work so you don’t have to.  My goal is to help others so that they don’t have to go down the same path I did.
