How Executive Coaching Works

Customized Nutrition Goals As Well As A Meal Plan, Grocery lists And easy Recipes

If you are selected as being a fit for the program you will complete a detailed intake form. Your customized Nutrition Plan will be calculated and created for you based on you current body weight, lifestyle, fitness level and goals. You will receive tons of delicious food ideas and easy recipe ideas to keep you consistent and loving what you’re doing.

Weekly Check-ins

Each week for 12 weeks you will check-in with me face-to-face via Zoom so I can assess your intake and progress to see if any adjustments need to be made. Your progress will be tracked and assessed each week to keep you on track, excited and confident that you haven’t reached a plateau so you know you are still on the right track. In addition to our private weekly call you also receive weekly group coaching calls for the utmost accountability.

Support, Accountability & Motivation

You get direct access to me (your personal accountability coach) whenever you need help, tips, advice or just someone to give you some extra encouragement. I am here to help you succeed. I review your intake and progress weekly to give you recommendations on how to maximize your results and congratulate you on your success PLUS we check-in face to face each week via Zoom.

Effective Workouts

If you need workouts to do you will also be provided with cutting edge at-home workouts that require as little equipment as a pair of dumbbells and minimal space. Already have a form of fitness that you love? That’s great! We can make that work with your goals too.
