General Tso Shredded Chicken

Makes 6 Servings. Each serving: 281 Calories; 18C/7F/35P

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • cup Corn Starch
  • ½ tbsp Olive Oil

Sauce

  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • cup Brown Sugar Substitute (I used Splenda Brown Sugar)
  • ½ tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter, Prepared (I used PB2)
  • 3 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together sauce ingredients.

  2. Once sauce is mixed add all of the ingredients into your slow cooker and stir together.

  3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

  4. Once tender shred meat with two forks in the sauce.
