Crock Pot Beef Dip

Makes 6 servings. Each serving: 266 calories; 3C/7F/46P

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Sirloin Tip Roast
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 2 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and mix well.

  2. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

  3. Shred or slice beef, put au jus in a bowl to dip in.
