Toast the bread.
Fry egg, egg whites & onion topped with seasoning in a pan spritzed with non-stick cooking spray.
Lightly fry the back bacon.
Layer back bacon and eggs on top of toast.
Top with ¼ of the batch of cooked hollandaise sauce.
