1kgBonelessSkinless Chicken Breast (thawed)
2Packets Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
1/2cupChicken Broth
1/2cupFrank's Hot Sauce
225gPhiladelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients in your slow cooker or Instant Pot and stir. Cook for 6 hours in the slow cooker or set on the poultry setting on your Instant Pot and it will be done in 20 minutes. Shred using two forks, portion and serve :) Can be used in lettuce wraps, on top of rice, in a bun.. the possibilities are endless!
