Ashlyn's Go-To Overnight Oats

Makes 1 Serving. Each Serving: 327 Calories; 6F/38C/30P - 10 Fibre per serving

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Dry rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Scoop Protein powder
  • 1/2 Cup Berries

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a jar or bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy cold or heated up.
