Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Truvia Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cloves garlic minced
  • 1000 grams Boneless, skinless chicken breast, thawed

Instructions

  1. Combine minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soya sauce in a shallow dish or Ziploc bag. Place chicken breasts inside the marinade.

  2. Marinate the chicken in the fridge for 1-8 hours.

  3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken and the marinade in a baking dish and cook for 45 minutes, basting the chicken occasionally while it cooks.

  4. Remove from the oven once cooked through. Enjoy!
