Berry Muffins

Makes 12 muffins. Each Muffin: 115 Calories; 21C/2F/6P

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Granulated Sweetener
  • cup Oat Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups Frozen Berries, slightly thawed

Instructions

  1. Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Spritz muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Divide batter evenly into muffin tins.

  4. Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes.
