Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 cup Diced Onion

Butter Chicken Sauce (Blend Together)

  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Cardamom
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 (14.5 Oz) Can Light Coconut Milk
  • 1 (6 Oz) Can Tomato Paste

Instructions

  1. Blend together sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  2. Add to slow cooker and cook for 4-6 hours on low.

  3. Shred chicken and mix into sauce.

  4. Enjoy on top of rice or with naan!
