Preheat oven to 350
Sift all dry ingredients for the brownie batter together and then mix in the wet ingredients and chocolate chips
Pour into an 8x8 baking dish that’s been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
In a blender mix together all of the cheesecake batter ingredients
Pour on to the brownie mix and swirl with a spoon
Bake for 25-30 mins or until cooked
