1/2Cup (40g)Oats
1/2Cup (~150g)Egg whites
1tspBaking powder
Instructions
Grind the chia seeds in a blender until finely ground. Once chia seeds are ground add remaining ingredients to the blender and mix. Cook pancakes in a non-stick spray until done.
