Chicken Strips

Makes 12 strips. Each strip: 79 Calories; 6C/1F/11P

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Flour
  • ½ Cup Panko or Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 ½ Tsps Seasoning Salt
  • ½ Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Chili Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Cup Egg Whites
  • 500 g Chicken Breast, cut into 12 strips

Instructions

  1. Mix together dry ingredients

  2. Dip chicken breast strips in egg whites then in dry mixture (I like to shake them in a ziplock bag in the egg whites then shake them in the dry ingredients in a different ziplock

  3. Bake or air fry at 400 degrees until chicken is cooked crispiness is desired.
