Cinnamon Roll Muffins

Makes 12 Muffins. Each Muffin: 109 Calories; 17C/1F/11P

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • cups Quick Oats
  • ½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • cup Truvia Baking Blend
  • 6 tbsp Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon plus more for topping
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Add all of the ingredients to blender and blend well.

  3. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and distribute batter evenly.

  4. Blake for 15-20 mins.
