Ingredients

  • 450 g low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ΒΌ cup no sugar added syrup
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup almond flour

Instructions

  1. blend cottage cheese, vanilla, and maple syrup

  2. transfer to a bowl and mix in protein and almond flour

  3. finish with 3 tbsp no sugar added chocolate chips
