Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup (55g) Cottage cheese
  • 1/4 Cup (20g) Oats
  • Dash Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • Splash Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Pour batter into a non-stick spray and cook until done.
