Creamy Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 Packages Dry Ranch Mix
  • 2 Cans Diced Italian Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 Can Kernel Corn (drained)
  • 1 Kg Chicken Breast
  • 2 8oz Containers Fat Free Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high until chicken is tender and can be easily shredded.

  2. Once cooked and chicken is shredded, mix well and serve. This can also be done in an Instant Pot. Enjoy!
