Egg Biscuits

Makes 24 servings. Each serving; 85 calories; 6C/4F/7P

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 30 tbsp Egg Whites
  • 250 g Honey Ham
  • 8 Biscuits (I used Pillsbury Country Biscuits)
  • 90 g Light Shredded Cheese
  • Garlic powder, Onion Powder & Seasoning Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut your biscuits into thirds, place one in each muffin tin, and flatten.

  2. Chop and evenly divide your ham between all 24 muffins.

  3. Blend your eggs, egg whites, seasoning and evenly distribute into your tins

  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
