Sift dry ingredients together
In a separate bowl mash bananas and then mix in the rest of the wet ingredients
Combine wet and dry ingredients until fully mixed
Pour into a loaf pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
Bake for 30-35 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
