Greek Yogurt Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cup Flour
  • 1.5 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Egg Whites
  • 2 Bananas
  • 225 Grams Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Walden Farms Maple Syrup
  • 48 Grams Splenda Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Sift dry ingredients together

  3. In a separate bowl mash bananas and then mix in the rest of the wet ingredients

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until fully mixed

  5. Pour into a loaf pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray

  6. Bake for 30-35 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
