Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box.
In a small bowl, combine the cheese and Greek yogurt. (You may want to add a splash of almond milk to the Greek yogurt if you do not want it to be super thick).
Once the pasta is done cooking, drain and add it back to the pot with the cheese mixture.
Heat up the bacon and broccoli and toss it in the pot with the cooked pasta and cheese mixture.
Combine it all thoroughly until the cheese melts and top with the nutritional yeast and chili flakes for extra flavour as desired.
