Healthy Pumpkin Brownies

Makes 12 Servings. Each Serving: 50 Calories; 10C/2F/2P

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 4 tbsp Egg Whites
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • cup Granulated Sweetener (I used Truvia Baking Blend)
  • ¼ cup Chocolate Chips, Melted
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients.

  2. Spray an 8x8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour the batter inside.

  3. Bake for 35-40 mins at 350, then allow to cool for 10 minutes before popping in the fridge for 2 hours to firm.

  4. Cut into 12 slices and enjoy!
