High Protein Pad Thai

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 300 G raw, cubed chicken breast
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp black pepper

Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp no suger added ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tsp splenda brown sugar

Noodles & Toppings

  • 80 G Vermicelli Noodles
  • ¼ - ½ Cup egg whites Optional
  • Chopped green onion
  • Bean sprouts

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken using a non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Mix together the sauce then add to frying pan.

  3. Boil your noodles then also add to the pan.

  4. Add your optional egg whites to the pan, stir and cook.

  5. Plate and top with green onion and bean sprouts.
