Sauté vegetables (can be sautéed right in the pan after the chicken breast has been cooked).
Blend together cottage cheese & pasta sauce.
In a small oven-safe dish mix chicken, vegetables and the blended mixture.
Top with the cheeses.
Bake or air-fry at 400 degrees until warm throughout and cheese has melted.
