High Protein Pizza Casserole

Makes 2 Servings. Each Serving: 276 Calories; 11C/9F/39P

Ingredients

  • 200 g Chicken Breast raw
  • ½ cup 1% Cottage Cheese
  • ½ cup Pasta Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Light Parmesan
  • cup Light Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Spinach
  • 1 cup Peppers & Onions

Instructions

  1. Cube, season as desired and cook chicken breast.

  2. Sauté vegetables (can be sautéed right in the pan after the chicken breast has been cooked).

  3. Blend together cottage cheese & pasta sauce.

  4. In a small oven-safe dish mix chicken, vegetables and the blended mixture.

  5. Top with the cheeses.

  6. Bake or air-fry at 400 degrees until warm throughout and cheese has melted.
