Preheat the oven to 325.
Combine the protein powder with the instant coffee and water.
Add the cream cheese and mix until there are not any visible clumps.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray and spoon out 9 cookies (I recommend chilling the batter for a bit and using a chilled ice cream scoop to spoon them).
Bake for 15-18 minutes.
Err on the side of a shorter baking time, then stab one with a toothpick - if it comes out clean, you know they are done baking. Enjoy!
