No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Squares

Makes 9 servings. Each serving: 80 calories; 9C/3F/6P

Ingredients

  • cups Cottage Cheese 1%
  • cup melted chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cup No Sugar Added Syrup (I like Walden Farms or Starbucks)

Instructions

  1. Line a small (8x8 inch) baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. Add all ingredients in to a blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the into the parchment paper-lined baking dish.

  4. Place in the freezer to harden for 4+ hours.

  5. Once hardened, remove from the freezer and cut into squares.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
