Line a small (8x8 inch) baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add all ingredients in to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the into the parchment paper-lined baking dish.
Place in the freezer to harden for 4+ hours.
Once hardened, remove from the freezer and cut into squares.
Serve and enjoy!
