Nutella Brownie

Makes 5 Servings. Each Serving: 126 calories; 22C/4F/8P

Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup Cocoa Powder
  • Cup Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Quick Oats
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Nutella
  • ½ Cup Sweetener

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400

  2. Blend all ingredients except Nutella thoroughly in a blender

  3. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray

  4. Spread half the batter into the pan

  5. Melt Nutella and drizzle evenly on top

  6. Spread the remaining half of the batter on top

  7. Bake for 10 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
