Preheat the oven to 325.
Mash the bananas together in a mixing bowl. If you have a potato masher use it, otherwise a fork is fine.
Add all the other ingredients and stir.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
Spoon the batter into 22 cookies and bake for 18-20 minutes depending on your oven.
Err on the side of a shorter bake time, then stab one with a toothpick - if it comes out clean, you know they are done baking. Enjoy!
