Oatmeal Gold Protein Bar Dupes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Quick Oats
  • 1 cup Kodiak Mix
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Egg Whites
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • cup No Sugar Added Syrup
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Generous splash of vanilla and cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Spray your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
