Salsa Verde Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken Breast
  • 16 Oz Jar of Salsa
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker.

  2. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

  3. Shred chicken and mix into sauce.

  4. Place on top of nachos with some light cheese or in a fiber-rich wrap (not included in nutrition information).
