5 Ingredient Buffalo Chicken

SIMPLE, HEALTHY BUFFALO CHICKEN THAT THE WHOLE FAMILY WILL ENJOY!

Looking for a quick week day meal? My buffalo chicken recipe comes together fast and is great for the whole family!

 

 

5 Ingredient Buffalo Chicken

Makes 6 Servings. Each Serving: 244 Calories; 3C/6F/40P

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (thawed)
  • 2 Packets Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 225 g Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients in your slow cooker or Instant Pot and stir. Cook for 6 hours in the slow cooker or set on the poultry setting on your Instant Pot and it will be done in 20 minutes. Shred using two forks, portion and serve 🙂 Can be used in lettuce wraps, on top of rice, in a bun.. the possibilities are endless!
