Tight Hips Causing You Grief?

Tight hip flexors can play a huge role in our efficiency in our workouts.

If we have tight hips then we squat poorly and that can start to affect a whole host of other areas and cause injury. I love to sit in Double Pigeon to help loosen mine up (which for myself can also cause some low back tightness). If you are looking for some better flexibility and increased range of motion try sitting like this while watching TV or scrolling social media a few times per week (2 minutes on each side if you can) and you will start to see increased mobility.
