Skinny Greek 7 Layer Dip
A healthy twist on a potluck favourite!
Skinny Greek 7 Layer Dip
Tablespoon Serving: 17 Calories; 1C/1F/1P
Ingredients
- 10 Ounces Hummus (I used President's Choice Lemon Preserve but the Roasted Garlic or Roasted Red Pepper would also be delicious)
- 1/2 Cup Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (I used Skyr Icelandic style because it is thicker so I thought that would work well in a dip)
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1/3 Cup Light Feta Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Greek Seasoning ( I used Clubhouse Brand)
- Sprinkle Lemon Juice
Instructions

Spread the hummus in a smooth layer on the bottom of a baking or serving dish. Scoop the Greek yogurt in small spoonfuls spreading evenly over the hummus to create the second layer.

Evenly distribute the remaining ingredients over the Greek yogurt sprinkling with the seasoning and lemon juice.

Refrigerate until ready and serve with your veggies, crackers, pita chips, or my personal favourite pretzel crisps!
