Slow Cooker Lasagna
Juicy, Cheesy and saucy, everything lasagna should be without even having to cook the noodles!
Slow Cooker Lasagna
Makes 10 Servings. Each Serving: 295 Calories; 14gF/20gC/21gP -2g Fibre
Ingredients
- 8 Oven ready lasagne noodles (broken into bite size pieces)
- 1 lb. Extra lean ground beef
- 28 oz Can of tomatoes with juice
- 5.5 oz Can of tomato paste
- 1 Cup Cottage cheese (I used 1% light)
- 2 Cups Mozzarella cheese, grated (I used light Mozzarella)
- 1 tsp Parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp Dried, whole oregano
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Dried basil
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions

Brown the ground beef and add to your slow cooker.

Add the remaining ingredients including the noodles, mixing well.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 7-9 hours or high for 4. Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
For lower fat, use reduced/low fat cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese in the recipe!
