Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies

Craving cheesecake or cookies? How about both? These raspberry cheesecake cookies give you the best of both worlds while being high in protein!

 

Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies

Makes 9 Cookies. Each Cookie: 46 Calories; 5C/6P/0F - 1g Fibre

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounce block fat-free cream cheese
  • 3 Scoops chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Cup frozen raspberries or blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. Combine the protein powder with the cream cheese. Add the berries and mix.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out the dough into 9 cookies.

  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

  5. Err on the side of a shorter baking time. Stab one cookie with a toothpick to see if they're done. If the toothpick comes out clean, you'll know they are done baking. Enjoy!
