Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies

Ingredients
- 8 Ounce block fat-free cream cheese
- 3 Scoops chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- 1 Cup frozen raspberries or blueberries
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Combine the protein powder with the cream cheese. Add the berries and mix.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out the dough into 9 cookies.

Bake for 18-20 minutes.

Err on the side of a shorter baking time. Stab one cookie with a toothpick to see if they're done. If the toothpick comes out clean, you'll know they are done baking. Enjoy!
