Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Makes 3 Servings. Each Serving: 231 Calories; 5F/10C/31.5P -

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 60 grams Part skim mozzarella cheese (Cracker barrel)
  • 2-4 Tbsp Franks Buffalo wing sauce (more or less depending on spice tolerance)
  • 200 grams Plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 90 grams Low-fat 95% fat free Kraft Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 package Ranch dressing mix (Hidden Valley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. In an oven safe dish, mix together the shredded chicken breast, Greek yogurt and fat-free cream cheese, mixing until combined.

  3. Next stir in the buffalo sauce, ranch dip mix and shredded cheese.

  4. Once all the ingredients are combined, place the dish in the oven and bake until the mixture is heated through. It does not take long, about 10-15 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and serve. I enjoyed a variety of crackers and veggies with mine, but the dip would go well in a wrap too!
