It’s that time of year again…

If you feel like you blinked and summer was basically over, I feel you. Nothing will snap you out of summer chill mode than trying to think of snack ideas for your kids heading back to school. But do not stress, I put together a list of my “better for you” snacks your kids (no matter what age) will surely enjoy. 

MUFFINS
The perfect “on the go” or after school snack. Pack them in your lunch kit or bag, these muffin recipes also make for a great pre-game or pre-workout snack!
 

COOKIES

Need a healthier alternative to sugary store bought cookies? I’ve tested a variety of cookie recipes that are sure to satisfy any kids (or teenagers) sweet tooth. Some even pack in a bonus punch of protein!

 


OTHERS

Although cookies and muffins are convenient to have on hand, I compiled some of my other favourite recipes that make perfect snacks for your busy school schedules, sport endeavours, or if you are simply looking to switch things up!
