PB2 Banana Muffins

PB2 Banana Muffins
Makes 9 Servings. Each Muffin: 67 Calories; 9C/4P/1F
Ingredients
- 2 Large (200g) Bananas
- 1/4 Cup Egg whites
- 10 tbsp PB2
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar Truvia
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

In a bowl, mix the PB2 with 1/2 cup water until a paste forms.

Add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips mixing until well combined.

Evenly divide into muffin tins filling about 1/2 way. Add 4 chocolate chips to the top of each muffin.

Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
