PB2 Banana Muffins

“healthified” Peanut Butter chocolate chip banana muffins coming at ya!

If you’re looking for powdered peanut butter recipes, I think you’ll enjoy these PB2 Banana Muffins. Using powdered peanut butter helps add protein to the muffins and keeps things on the lighter side!

PB2 Banana Muffins

Makes 9 Servings. Each Muffin: 67 Calories; 9C/4P/1F

Ingredients

  • 2 Large (200g) Bananas
  • 1/4 Cup Egg whites
  • 10 tbsp PB2
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar Truvia
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a bowl, mix the PB2 with 1/2 cup water until a paste forms.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips mixing until well combined.

  4. Evenly divide into muffin tins filling about 1/2 way. Add 4 chocolate chips to the top of each muffin.

  5. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
