Greek Meatloaf
A greek inspired meatloaf to spice up your weekly meal routine.
Do you have a designated meatloaf night? If not you should. Move over Taco Tuesday, after tasting this Greek-inspired recipe, meatloaf will be making an appearance in your rotation!
Greek Meatloaf
Makes 8 Servings. Each Serving: 233 Calories; 10C/9F/28P
Ingredients
- 1 Lb Raw, ground chicken
- 1/2 Lb Raw, extra lean ground beef
- 90 grams Light feta cheese
- 3 Cups Loosely packed baby spinach
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 1/2 Cup Pasta sauce
- 1 Cup Rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp Basil
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 F. Mix together the ground chicken and beef.

Stir in the spinach, feta, oats, pasta sauce & spices.

Pack the mixture into a loaf pan (or mini loaf pan like I used!). Bake for 30-45 minutes, until cooked through.
