Greek Meatloaf

A greek inspired meatloaf to spice up your weekly meal routine. 

Do you have a designated meatloaf night? If not you should. Move over Taco Tuesday, after tasting this Greek-inspired recipe, meatloaf will be making an appearance in your rotation!

Greek Meatloaf

Makes 8 Servings. Each Serving: 233 Calories; 10C/9F/28P

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Raw, ground chicken
  • 1/2 Lb Raw, extra lean ground beef
  • 90 grams Light feta cheese
  • 3 Cups Loosely packed baby spinach
  • 1/2 Onion, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Pasta sauce
  • 1 Cup Rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp Basil
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Mix together the ground chicken and beef.

  2. Stir in the spinach, feta, oats, pasta sauce & spices.

  3. Pack the mixture into a loaf pan (or mini loaf pan like I used!). Bake for 30-45 minutes, until cooked through.

  4. Depending on the brand of feta and pasta sauce used, nutritional information may vary slightly. Enjoy!
