Protein French Toast

Gone are the days of a sugar-loaded breakfast. Bringing you high protein, fibre packed french toast!

Protein French Toast

Makes 1 Serving. Each Serving: 341 Calories; 27C/5F/44P

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp Skim milk
  • 1 Scoop Protein powder ( I used Revolution Vanilla)
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 2 Slices Bread (I used Silver Hills Little Big Bread)

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg whites, milk, protein powder and cinnamon really well so the protein powder blends and doesn’t have chunks in it.

  2. On a plate lay out your two pieces of bread and coat them in the mixture.

  3. Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray and place the bread and the remainder of the mixture in the pan to cook on both sides.
