Muffin Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter (prepared with 3 Tbsp Water)
- 250 grams Banana (mashed)
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 60 grams Walden Farms Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 Cup Egg Whites
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
Frosting Ingredients
- 2 tsp Sweetener
- 1/2 Cup 1% Cottage Cheese (blended until smooth)
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
- 1/4 Cup Skimmed Milk

Preheat your oven to 350. Combine all of the muffin ingredients and mix well. Spray your muffin with non-stick cooking.

Bake for ~18-20 minutes. Let cool completely then frost and enjoy!
