Philly Chicken Cheese Dip

If you couldn’t tell already, I love a good dip, especially when I know it’s good for me too! I have been on a dip testing, recipe creating roll lately, and when they taste as good as these do without breaking the calorie bank AND can double as a main dish, you know you have a winner.
Philly Chicken Cheese Dip
Makes 4 Servings. Each Serving: 330 Calories; 15C/8F/44P - 3 Fibre per serving
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Green Pepper
- 1 Whole Onion
- 500 grams Ground Chicken Breast
- 8 Ounces Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 3/4 Cup Plain, Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup Mushrooms
- 3 Tbsps Hellmans Light Mayo
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Ounces Light Cheddar Cheese
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Season your chicken with salt and pepper.

Spray a pan with cooking spray and cook your chicken until it is lightly browned and cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, cut the pepper, onion, and mushrooms into bite sized pieces.

Set the cooked chicken aside and saute the chopped onions, mushrooms and peppers until soft. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.

Place in an oven-proof dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the ingredients are hot and the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
