Berry Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/3 Cup Egg Whites
- 1 Cup Berries (I used a mix of frozen Raspberries & Blueberries)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Quick Oats
- 1/2 Cup No Sugar Added Syrup (I used Walden Farms)
Instructions

Pre-heat your oven to 350

Mix together dry ingredients

Add wet ingredients and stir until everything is mix well

Stir in your berries

Spray an 8x8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray

Pour mix in and bake for 30-35 mins or until cooked
