You can’t go wrong with Cheesecake Swirl Protein Brownies that are healthy and delicious.

Cheesecake Swirl Protein Brownies

Makes 8 Servings. Each serving is 149 calories; 16C/4F/16P

Ingredients

Brownie Batter

  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Cup Sweetener (I used Splenda)
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Skim Milk

Cheesecake Batter

  • 2 Tbsp Egg Whites
  • 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp Sweetner

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Sift all dry ingredients for the brownie batter together and then mix in the wet ingredients and chocolate chips

  3. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish that’s been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray

  4. In a blender mix together all of the cheesecake batter ingredients

  5. Pour on to the brownie mix and swirl with a spoon

  6. Bake for 25-30 mins or until cooked
