Chocolate Oatmeal Breakfast Bake

Cake for breakfast that you won’t feel guilty about.

Chocolate Oatmeal Breakfast Bake

Makes 4 Servings. Each Serving: 244 Calories; 32C/3F/23P - 6g Fiber

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Quick Oats
  • 4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup Skim Milk
  • 1 Banana (Mashed)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp No Sugar Added Syrup (I used Walden Farms)
  • 3 Tbsp Egg Whites

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 375

  2. Mix dry ingredient

  3. Mash banana and stir together remaining wet ingredients

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until everything is mix well

  5. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray

  6. Pour mix in and bake for ~25 mins
