Froyo S’mores Cups

A quick, no-bake recipe that anyone can make.

Froyo S’mores Cups

Makes 12 Servings. Each Serving: 60 Calories; 10C/2F/3P - 1g Fiber

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Quick Oats
  • ½ Cup No Sugar Added Maple Syrup
  • ½ Cup Plain Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1-2 Tbsp Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Stevia Chocolate Chips
  • 6 Graham Wafers (split in half)
  • Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Mix oats and maple syrup and divide evenly into bottom of 12 silicone muffin liners. Place in freezer while you mix together the filling.

  2. Mix yogurt, vanilla syrup, chocolate chips and marshmallows together. Divide evenly on top of frozen yogurt base in muffin liners

  3. Top each cup with ½ a graham wafer and put in freezer until frozen.
