Ingredients
Base
- ½ Cup Quick oats
- 200 ML Water
- 1 Scoop Protein powder
- 1 Tsp Sweetener
Filling
- 1 Tbsp No Sugar Added Jam
Icing
- 60 G Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp No Sugar Added Jello Pudding
- 1 Tsp Sweetener
- Dash of Sprinkles
Instructions

Mix all base ingredients together.

Mix all icing ingredients together.

Layer of the mixture on the bottom of a small pan.

Add jam filling on top

Layer with the remaining base.

Spread the icing out on top

Garnish with sprinkles.

Air fry at 400 for 10 minutes or bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
