Almost As Good As Actual Cake But For A Healthy, Balanced Breakfast

Carrot Cake Pancakes

Makes 1 Serving. 340 Calories: 43C/6F/23P & 6 Fiber

Ingredients

  • ½ cup grated Carrots
  • ½ cup Kodiak mix
  • ¼ cup Egg whites
  • ¼ cup water
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • Sweetener if you like it sweet.

Icing

  • 2 tbsp Light Cream cheese
  • 2 tsp Splenda Brown sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix together pancake ingredients.

  2. Mix together icing ingredients in a separate bowl.

  3. Spray pan with nonstick spray and cook pancake batter.

  4. Top with icing.
