- ½ cup grated Carrots
- ½ cup Kodiak mix
- ¼ cup Egg whites
- ¼ cup water
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Sweetener if you like it sweet.
Icing
- 2 tbsp Light Cream cheese
- 2 tsp Splenda Brown sugar
- Cinnamon

Mix together pancake ingredients.
