Protein Breakfast Cookie

Makes 1 Serving. 240 Calories: 50C/7F/21P & 7 Fiber

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Quick oats
  • ½ scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1-2 tbsp skim milk
  • Splash of vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients.

  2. Bake or Air Fry @ 400 for 6 minutes or 350 for 10 minutes.
