Protein Chia Seed Pudding

Makes 1 Serving. 275 Calories; 10C/11F/35P

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ¾ Cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk or Almond milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well (I like to put the ingredients in a shaker cup to mix) and refrigerate for 2-4 hours until solidified or overnight.
