- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- ¾ Cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk or Almond milk

Combine all ingredients, mix well (I like to put the ingredients in a shaker cup to mix) and refrigerate for 2-4 hours until solidified or overnight.
