100 Calorie Pumpkin Pie

A low-calorie pie you can eat everyday!

100 Calorie Pumpkin Pie

Makes 8 Servings. Each serving: 106 Calories: 20C/0F/7P & 3 Fiber

Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup Splenda Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup protein shake I used Core Power - almond milk will also work as a substitute
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • Sweetener to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients.

  2. Bake in pie pan @ 375 for 45 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
