100 Calorie Pumpkin Pie
Makes 8 Servings. Each serving: 106 Calories: 20C/0F/7P & 3 Fiber
Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup Splenda Brown Sugar
- 1 cup protein shake I used Core Power - almond milk will also work as a substitute
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup egg whites
- Sweetener to taste

Mix together all ingredients.

Bake in pie pan @ 375 for 45 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
